CEO Zain Kazmi earned undergraduate degrees in philosophy and economics from Boston University in 2007. He lived in Germany working for ThyssenKrupp and returned to Pakistan in 2012 after attaining his Msc in Production Operations Management from prestigious Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.

He has experience in a multitude of sectors and is now using his combined knowledge to further the agricultural sector, which in his own words is “arguably the most vital”.

Founder/Chief Product Officer Omar Kazmi is a visionary entrepreneur passionate about revolutionizing the protein supply market. With a strong background in political science from Reed College in 2021 and a deep interest in design, technology, and biology, Omar combines his diverse knowledge to drive innovation in agritech.

He envisions changing the protein supply market, leveraging the immense potential of water lentils. Omar leads Ful in pioneering breakthrough solutions that address the global demand for protein while promoting environmental sustainability.

Manager R&D/Aquaculture

Manager R&D Muhammad Inayat is one of the few people you can call an expert in this nascent field. He earned his MSc and MPhil in Zoology from the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences. He completed his Ph.D. from the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS). His research delves into the development of sustainable production, and enhancing the socio-economic status of farmers; a top priority for Ful.

He has published 12 research articles as both author and co-author in international journals. He is a pioneer in the management and cultivation of different aquatic species and integrated farming for sustainable production. His vision has always been to fulfill the demand for protein through sustainable approaches and that is how he crossed paths with Ful.
