Zain Kazmi
CEO/CO-FOUNDER
CEO Zain Kazmi earned undergraduate degrees in philosophy and economics from Boston University in 2007. He lived in Germany working for ThyssenKrupp and returned to Pakistan in 2012 after attaining his Msc in Production Operations Management from prestigious Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
He has experience in a multitude of sectors and is now using his combined knowledge to further the agricultural sector, which in his own words is “arguably the most vital”.

Omar Kazmi

Founder/Chief Product Officer Omar Kazmi is a visionary entrepreneur passionate about revolutionizing the protein supply market. With a strong background in political science from Reed College in 2021 and a deep interest in design, technology, and biology, Omar combines his diverse knowledge to drive innovation in agritech.
He envisions changing the protein supply market, leveraging the immense potential of water lentils. Omar leads Ful in pioneering breakthrough solutions that address the global demand for protein while promoting environmental sustainability.

Muhammad Hammad Noor
Muhammad Hammad Noor is an aquaculture professional with an M.Phil in Fisheries and Aquaculture from the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences. His research examined fish health, meat quality, and nutrient systems in tilapia culture, including biofloc and aquaponics with lettuce.
He currently serves as Cultivation Officer at Ful Foods Pvt. Ltd., focusing on duckweed cultivation, water quality management, and biomass production for sustainable feed. His experience includes fish breeding, aquaculture farm management, aquaponics systems, fish processing, and alternative feed development.
His research interests include sustainable aquaculture and alternative protein sources for aquafeeds, including plant-based proteins and black soldier fly larvae–based diets.
