Why start from water that's already there
Building new ponds takes time and capital. Many farms and dams in Pakistan already hold water and fish, but lose ground to expensive feed, slow growth and losses.
Starting from what's already there gets fish into better conditions sooner and puts less new money at risk, for you and for us. It also means the people who already run the water keep running it.
How it works
Commercial terms are agreed farm by farm, in writing, before any work starts.

We come to your site and look at the water, the stock, current feeding and any records you keep.

Together we agree a stocking, feeding and water-management plan that fits your site.

Run
We supply feed and technical support. Your team runs the daily work alongside ours.

Growth, survival and feed use are recorded and shared with you, season by season.
